Bluetti AC300 Power Station Error Codes & Fixes

The Bluetti AC300 power stations are very good at providing backup power when you need it. However, they can have errors occurs which require fixing if you want the machine to run properly.

Some of the most common error codes associated with the Bluetti AC300 power station are listed below:

Error 001

Cause:

D-AMCU Warning

001 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 002

Cause:

D-BMS Warning

002 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 003

Cause:

D-A Communication Error

003 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 004

Cause:

The battery voltage is high.

004 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 005

Cause:

The hardware BUS voltage is high.

005 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 006

Cause:

The hardware SPS voltage is too low

006 Solution:

Cause:

Fan warning

007 Solution:

Cause:

OCP (Over Current Protection) has kicked in.

LLC Soft-Start Failure

BUS Soft-Start Failure

H-BUS Voltage High

Bus Voltage High

LLC-Bus Voltage High

013 Solution:

Bus Voltage Low

014 Solution:

Cause:

The DC input voltage is too high.

015 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Cause:

The DC input voltage is too low.

016 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 017

Cause:

DC input over current

017 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Cause:

Inverter Output Over
Current due to excess output power load

018 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 019

Cause:

The inverter voltage is too high.

019 Solution:

The output load may have exceeded the unit’s specifications. 1st check the unit for the output load spec limit. Reboot the unit and turn on the AC. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 020

Cause:

The inverter voltage is low.

020 Solution:

Check the unit for the output load spec limit. Reboot the unit and turn on the AC. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 021

Cause:

The grid input is over the current limit.

021 Solution:

Check the unit for the input current spec limit. Reboot the unit and turn on the AC. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 022

Cause:

The inverter output has short-circuited.

022 Solution:

The load needs to be disconnected and re-connected properly. Clear the alarm history by clicking the button.

Error 023

Cause:

The inverter starts overload protection.

023 Solution:

Disconnect the load and make sure the unit’s output power does not exceed its specification. Then clear the alarm history.

Error 024

Cause:

Phase integration error

024 Solution:

Check the “master” and “slave” units at the input wire to be sure they can function properly.

Error 025

Cause:

AC relay short circuit

025 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 026

Cause:

AC relay open circuit

026 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 027

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Cause:

Load relay short circuit

027 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 028

Cause:

Load relay open circuit

028 Solution:

Cause:

PV1 has reached over current.

049 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 050

Cause:

PV2 has reached over current.

050 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 051

Cause:

PV1 has an over voltage.

051 Solution:

The solar panels’ open circuit voltage may exceed the AC300 input voltage standard. Please check the unit.

Error 052

Cause:

PV2 has an overvoltage.

052 Solution:

Check if the solar panel’s open circuit voltage exceeds the input voltage of the AC300 unit.

Error 053

Cause:

The D-BAT (battery) is full

053 Solution:

Stop charging the battery.

Error 054

Cause:

The D-Bat (battery) is drained.

054 Solution:

The battery is empty. When the battery SOC (state of charge) is > 5 %, the warning alarm is removed. The AC needs to be turned ON again on the screen.

Error 055

Cause:

Inverter overload warning

055 Solution:

The output power of the load exceeds the inverter capacity. Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 056

Cause:

AC overload warning.

056 Solution:

The output power of the load exceeds the AC capacity. Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 057

Cause:

The grid voltage is high

057 Solution:

Please check if the grid voltage fts exceeds the input voltage standard of the AC300.

Error 058

Cause:

The grid voltage is too high.

058 Solution:

Please check if the grid voltage fts exceeds the input voltage standard of the AC300.

Error 059

Cause:

The grid frequency is high.

059 Solution:

Check whether the grid frequency fts exceeds the input frequency of the AC300.

Error 060

Cause:

The grid frequency is too low.

060 Solution:

Check whether the grid frequency fts exceeds the input frequency of the AC300.

Error 061

Cause:

Multi-communication error.

Solution:

The communication cable needs to be checked and secured correctly. Then, clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 062

Cause:

Multi-address error.

Solution:

The communication cable needs to be checked and secured correctly. Then, clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 063

Cause:

Multi-synchronization error.

Solution:

The communication cable needs to be checked and secured correctly. Then, clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Cause:

Multi-brake phase error

064 Solution:

Check if the input of the AC voltage meets the specifications of the unit. Then, clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 065

Cause:

PV paralleling error.

065 Solution:

The PV parallel enable setting needs to match the PV input. Reboot the unit. Contact the product dealer if the error continues to persist.

Error 081

Cause:

BMS communication interrupt.

081 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 082

Cause:

LCD communication interrupt.

082 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 083

Cause:

EEPROM read & write error.

083 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 084

Cause:

DSP configuration error

084 Solution:

Cause:

RTC read & write error

085 Solution:

Cause:

12V/30A Port OCP

086 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC 12V/30A ports. Then clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 087

Cause:

24V/10A Port OCP

087 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC 24V/10A ports. Then clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 088

Cause:

The USB/TYPE-C/PD port current is high.

088 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on the USB ports, then clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 089

Cause:

The DC 12V/30A output current high

089 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC 12V/30A ports, then clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 090

Cause:

The DC 24V/10A output current is high.

090 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC 24V/10A ports, then clear the alarm history or restart the machine.

Error 091

Cause:

The DC Output has a soft start failure.

091 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 092

Cause:

The DC 12C/30A output has a short circuit.

092 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC output ports.

Error 093

Cause:

The DC 24V/10A output has a short circuit.

093 Solution:

Disconnect the appliances on DC output ports.

Error 094

Cause:

USB/Type-C/PD port is locked

094 Solution:

Disconnect the load and make sure the output power of the loads meets the limit of the machine. If the error persists, contact the dealer after rebooting the unit.

Error 095

Cause:

The 12V/30A DC port is locked

095 Solution:

Disconnect the load and make sure the output power of the loads meets the limit of the machine. If the error persists, contact the dealer after rebooting the unit.

Error 096

Cause:

The 24V/10A DC port is locked.

096 Solution:

Disconnect the load and make sure the output power of the loads meets the limit of the machine. If the error persists, contact the dealer after rebooting the unit.

Error 097

Cause:

The BMS temperature is abnormal

097 Solution:

Store the AC300 unit at the recommended temperature and leave it until the temperature
inside the machine is back to the normal standard.

Error 098

Cause:

The BMS has overvoltage

Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 099

Cause:

The BMS has low voltage.

Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 100

Cause:

The BMS has overcurrent.

100 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 101

Cause:

The BMS has a precharge error.

101 Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 102

Cause:

The BMS output has a short circuit

Solution:

Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 103

Cause:

The BMS communication cable has an error.

103 Solution:

Check the battery cable for a reliable connection. Also, make sure the lock switch on the power cable is turned on. Then reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 107

Cause:

The NTC is faulty

107 Solution:

Leave the unit at the recommended temperature for a few hours to recover. Reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.

Error 108

Cause:

The fan is faulty.

108 Solution:

Clean or replace the fan so the machine is properly ventilated, then reboot the unit. If the error continues, then please contact the dealer.
