EcoFlow DELTA Mini Power Station Error Codes & Fixes

The EcoFlow Delta Mini portable power station is highly portable and easy to use. This means you can get the energy you need without much fuss. However, some system errors may appear in certain situations. The following are the most common system errors along with their fixes:

Error – USB – A – Overload Protection

Cause:

The USB and overload icons flash at the same time. This is because of an attached electrical device connected to the USB-A port.

Solution:

Disconnect the electrical device from the USB-A port and the machine will resume normal operation.

Error – USB – C Overload Protection

Cause:

The USB and overload icons flash together due to an attached electrical device.

Solution:

Remove the electrical device from the USB-C port and the unit will begin operating normally.

Error – Product Overload

Cause:

The USB and temperature icons flash together due to the machine overheating.

Solution:

Allow the unit to cool down and it will resume normal operation automatically.

Error – High Temperature Charge Protection

Cause:

The recharging time, temperature, and battery icons flash at the same time. This is due to the battery becoming too hot.

Solution:

The battery needs to cool down, then the machine will resume charging automatically.

Error – High Temperature Discharge Protection

Cause:

The battery and temperature icons flash together due to the battery heating up.

Solution:

The battery needs to cool down, then the power supply will resume automatically.

Error – Low Temperature Charge Protection

Cause:

Recharging time, battery, and temperature icons flash together due to the battery becoming too cold while charging.

Solution:

Allow the battery temperature to rise above 41° F (5° C) and then charging will resume automatically.

Error – Low Temperature Discharge Protection

Cause:

The battery and temperature icons flash at the same time. This is due to the battery becoming too cold during discharge.

Solution:

Allow the battery to heat up to a temperature higher than 10° F (-12° C) and the power supply will resume automatically.

Error – AC Output Overload Protection

Cause:

The 50 Hz and overload icons flash together. This is due to the attached electrical device causing an energy overload.

Solution:

Disconnect the attached electrical device and normal operation will resume. Do not use electrical appliances with the unit that exceeds the recommended power rating.

Error – AC High Temperature Protection

Cause:

The 50 Hz and temperature icons flash at the same time, possibly due to a blocked fan inlet or outlet.

Solution:

Check the fan inlet and outlet for blockages. Allow the product temperature to drop and normal operation will resume automatically.

Error – AC Low Temperature Protection

Cause:

The 50 Hz and temperature icons flash together due to the machine operating at a cold temperature.

Solution:

Use the machine at the optimum environmental temperature and it will automatically resume normal operation.

Error – Fan Blockage

Cause:

The fan icon flashes. This occurs if the fan becomes blocked by debris or an object.

Solution:

Check if the fan is blocked by foreign materials or objects and remove them after turning off the machine.

Error – Car Charger Overload Protection

Cause:

The car charger and overload icons flash together due to a connected device.

Solution:

Remove any device(s) connected to the car charger and the machine will resume normal operation automatically.

Error – Car Charger High Temperature Protection

Cause:

The car charger and temperature icons flash at the same time due to the machine overheating.

Solution:

Allow the product to cool down and it will resume normal operation.

Error – Battery Failure

Cause:

The battery icon stays on if the battery has reached failure.

Solution:

If the battery has failed, it may require contacting EcoFlow customer service for solutions.

The alarm prompt may appear at any time on the LCD screen during use or after a restart. If this occurs, do not try to recharge, discharge, or use the machine.

If any of these listed errors remain after trying the solutions, contact the manufacturer or dealer for further assistance.
