Bluetti Power Station AC200P Error Codes & Fixes

If you are relying on a Bluetti AC200P power station to provide you with power, it means you likely have good reason to, such as during a power outage. This means that running into error codes while using this machine can be a big problem. Figuring out the solution on the fly can be frustrating and nearly impossible if you do not have access to the error codes and solutions. That is where this post can help you.

The following are the most common error codes you may run into while operating your Bluetti AC200P:

Error E001

Cause:

Over-charging protection kicks in on the battery pack.

E001 Solution:

Stop charging the power station and start discharging.

Error E002

Cause of Error:

Low-power protection starts on the battery pack.

E002 Solution:

Charge the power station before running low on power. Restart the machine before using it again.

Error E003

Cause of Error:

Battery failure

E003 Solution:

Charge the machine after restarting it.

Error E004

Cause of Error:

Battery overheating protection starts while in use.

E004 Solution:

Turn off the machine and let it cool down before restarting.

Error E005

Cause of Error:

Battery temperature drops too low while operating.

E005 Solution:

Turn off the machine and let it warm up before restarting.

Error E006

Cause of Error:

The battery overheats while charging.

E006 Solution:

Turn off the machine and let cool down before restarting.

Error E007

Cause of Error:

The battery becomes too cold while charging.

E007 Solution:

Turn off the machine and let the battery warm up before restarting.

Bluetti Power Station AC200P Error E008

Cause of Error:

1st cell lacks enough voltage.

E008 Solution:

Fully charge the power station.

Error E009

Cause of Error:

2nd cell lacks enough power.

E009 Solution:

Charge the power station before restarting.

Error E010

Cause of Error:

3rd cell lacks enough power.

E010 Solution:

Charge the power station fully before restarting.

Error E011

Cause of Error:

4th cell reaches under-voltage protection (lack of power).

E011 Solution:

Fully charge the power station before restarting.

Error E012

Cause of Error:

The inverter reaches the busbar fault due to low power (voltage).

E012 Solution:

Turn the machine off and restart it.

Error E013

Cause of Error:

The inverter reaches overload protection.

E013 Solution:

Inspect the output port of the inverter. If overloaded, turn off the AC output, then restart it.

Error E014

Cause of Error:

Short circuit of an output port of the inverter.

E014 Solution:

Check if the inverter output port is overloaded. Turn off the AC output and restart.

Error E015

Cause of Error:

The inverter heat sink becomes overheated.

E015 Solution:

Turn off the machine, let it cool down, and then restart it.

Error E016

Cause of Error:

Heat sink temperature is not detected.

E016 Solution:

Turn off the machine, insert the NTC and then restart it.

Bluetti Power Station AC200P Error E017

Cause of Error:

The PV input reaches over-voltage protection.

E017 Solution:

Turn off the machine. Disconnect the solar charging cable and then restart the power station.

Error E018

Cause of Error:

The PV output reaches over-voltage protection.

E018 Solution:

Turn off the machine. Disconnect the solar charging cable and then restart the power station. Re-insert the solar charging cable.

Error E019

Cause of Error:

The heat sink for the PV module reaches over-temperature protection.

E019 Solution:

The PV module heat sink has become overheated. Turn off the machine, and let it cool down. Restart the power station and then charge it.

Error E020

Cause of Error:

The PV module heat sink does not register temperature or is not detected.

E020 Solution:

Restart the power station.

Error E021

Cause of Error:

The battery protection board hits charging protection.

E021 Solution:

Stop charging and wait for the temperature to drop to an acceptable level. Then begin charging again.

Error E022

Cause of Error:

Battery protection warning.

E022 Solution:

Disconnect the solar charging cable and restart the power station.

Error E023

Cause of Error:

The unit becomes overpowered and starts the power protection system.

E023 Solution:

Total output power may be overloaded. Restart the power station.
