However, some issues can arise while it is in operation. The following are some of the most common problems you may face while using this product:

Error – AC / DC Input Error

Cause:

While using the AC charger cable, the power station has a mysterious input problem. The charger indicator light may also not be on.

Solution:

The charger cable and unit may not be properly connected and the charger indicator light may not be on. Check if the charger cable and power station are connected. Only use the original charger and make sure the screen displays the charging power. Check the unit by using the provided car charger cable to see if it can accept a charge.

Solution:

Check all the cable connections to make sure they are connected properly. Use only the provided AC charger to make sure the unit can charge properly. Use a soft cloth and gently wipe any dust or debris off of the solar panel surfaces.

Test the solar panels in bright sunlight during midday hours. Do not use solar panels in a highly shaded area. If needed, unplug and plug in the unit multiple times to see if the connection is restored.

Error – Solar Charging Problem Using a Different Brand of Solar Panels

Cause:

The unit may not be charging properly while using a different brand of solar panels. The solar panels may also be dirty and require cleaning, or the panels may be used in a shady location.

Solution:

Check all the cable connections to make sure they are secure. Use the provided AC charger to see if the unit charges properly. Using a soft cloth, wipe away any dust or debris from the surface of the panels. Use the solar panels during midday hours in bright sunlight and avoid shady areas.

Try the unit by unplugging and plugging it in multiple times. If the machine can be recharged using the AC charger, but the solar panels do not work, then contact the solar panel manufacturer for more assistance.
